Hi, I'm Lynda...
I'm a seasoned organisational development professional with over two decades of global experience spanning leadership, high performance teams, gamification, graduate recruitment and assessment centres as well as developing and managing various leadership programmes.
I hold a Master of Advanced Leadership Practice and conducted my thesis on Digital Gamification in Organisations (for serious play). Additionally, I am certified in Organisational Coaching, Hogans Profile Assessments, and the Barrett Culture Values Assessment.
My inner spark:
I thrive in settings where challenges inspire fresh perspectives. My strength lies in understanding strategic objectives, synthesising information, connecting dots and creating innovative plans and solutions.
Coaching is a passion, whether I'm guiding university students embarking on their careers or assisting experienced leaders with the complexities of their career stage. I value building genuine relationships and challenge individuals to think differently to help them bring out their best selves.
